§ 1 Scope
These Terms of Use apply to the use of the eauto-check web application at eauto-check.de. The operator is eauto-check GbR, Jan Wichmann & Karl Wichmann, Conradstraße 12, 13509 Berlin, Germany.
§ 2 Service description
eauto-check is a free information service for choosing an electric vehicle, with vehicle data, a vehicle finder, comparison, an AI chat and test-drive requests to dealers. Answers from the vehicle finder and the chat are generated by AI. They can be wrong, so check important details with the manufacturer or dealer.
Links to partners are labelled as ads. If a request comes about through such a link, we receive a commission. This does not affect the order of the results.
All information is non-binding and for general informational purposes only. It does not replace professional individual advice.
The dealer map uses Google Maps. Use of the map is additionally subject to the current versions of the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
§ 3 Terms of use
The platform is free to use and requires no registration. Any abusive use is prohibited, whether automated or manual. This includes in particular the systematic extraction, copying, or redistribution of vehicle data (scraping). In the event of violations, we reserve the right to claim injunctive relief and damages, in particular under §§ 87b, 97 of the German Copyright Act (UrhG) and §§ 823, 1004 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
§ 4 Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of the vehicle data. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations and only for the foreseeable, typical damage.
§ 5 Changes
We may change these Terms of Use. The version on this page at the time of your use applies.
§ 6 Applicable law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the country where you live.
§ 7 Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
