These Terms of Use apply to the use of the eauto-check web application at eauto-check.de. The operator is eauto-check GbR, Jan Wichmann & Karl Wichmann, Conradstraße 12, 13509 Berlin, Germany.
§ 2 Service description
eauto-check is a free information platform to assist in selecting electric vehicles. It provides vehicle data, an intelligent vehicle finder, and comparison features.
All information is non-binding and for general informational purposes only. It does not replace professional individual advice.
§ 3 Terms of use
The platform is free to use and requires no registration. Any abusive use is prohibited, whether automated or manual. This includes in particular the systematic extraction, copying, or redistribution of vehicle data (scraping). Violations will be prosecuted under civil law. We log access patterns and reserve the right to claim damages and injunctive relief in the event of violations.
§ 4 Limitation of liability
Use of the information provided is at your own risk. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of vehicle data. Liability for damages arising from use of the platform is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or in cases of intent or gross negligence.
§ 5 Changes
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be published on this page. By continuing to use the platform after publication of the amended terms, you consent to the changes.
§ 6 Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
§ 7 Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
