How it started
We're Jan and Karl, two brothers from Berlin. When we went looking for an EV ourselves, we were overwhelmed by the sheer number of models, spec sheets, and technical jargon. Instead of a clear comparison grid, we mostly landed on manufacturer sites: each tells its own story, the numbers are hard to line up, and nowhere did we get a straight answer on which car actually fit us.
So we built eauto-check: not another comparison portal, but a tool that actually listens first, then gives you a genuine recommendation.
What drives us
We believe the switch to electric would be much easier for most people if they found the right car from the start. Not necessarily the most technically impressive one, but the one that fits their actual life.
eauto-check is our contribution to that. No investor behind it, no hidden agenda. Just two Berliners hoping you find your car.
Our approach
eauto-check combines an intelligent vehicle search with one of the most comprehensive vehicle databases in Europe. Thousands of electric car models, provided by EV-Database.org, are compared in real time, based on the criteria that matter to you.
We are independent: no manufacturer funding, no sponsored results. The recommendation is based on your answers, not advertising budgets.
